As we’ve previously published, the IISMA program is a scholarship program organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGHE), Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC). For approximately one semester, undergraduate students (from 4th to 7th semester) are allowed to apply to study in their selected university and courses.
